The road is plowed as needed through-out the winter, from Pelican Pouch to the Malachi Landing.The plow cannot proceed unless all trailers are removed from the road edges.The turnaround must also be kept clear of ALL vehicles and trailers.

Snow Plowing is done by Lawrence Derouard Trucking, and occurs after most snow storms with particular attention paid to approaching weekends when 90% of usage occurs.
Winter plowing allows safe vehicle access, helps maintain our trail, and significantly reduces year-round maintenance.
