BE AWARE that the Province of Ontario will be changing inter- provincial travel rules between ONTARIO AND MANITOBA effective 12:01 a.m. Monday, April 19th.There will be checkpoints at the provincial border allowing only essential travel.
Police officers and by-law officers will be given special authorities to enforce Ontario’s stay-at-home orders.
