This just in, Campbells Point retirement home has reported there is ice in Bradleys bay, as 0700 extending as far as Hornsbys, by 0830 ice had formed to Cowens and by 0900 has reached the the Campbell point area. The winds are NNW, very mild, and the ice is forming in the quiet lee areas. In my end of the world we have shore ice extending out about 20-30 feet the full length of the west shore from Jackfish bay to the lighthouse.
