With the cold weather conditions remain the same. The narrows are slowly opening but nothing too exciting yet. The puddle at the landing has remained frozen solid. This could change with rising temperatures. We did get about 2 inches of snow the other day and as of this evening the snow remains and has not shown any melt. The temperatures are forecast to rise by Sunday so expect things to get wet on the ice as the surface snow melts. There is no sign of the ice pulling away from shore in my area. Travel is up to personal discretion.
