As per E-mail received from Kenora district MNR, FIRE HAZARD IS HIGH.  Today with the high winds there has been dramatic growth of the margin down our shore.  It has grown to about 34 feet at our dock and ranges from 20 -50 feet at various areas down the shoreline towards the light house.  South of us the margin extends way into the bay opening up to about 200 feet and then diminishing back to the shore by Marsden Point.  At the Campbells point retirement home, the margin surrounds the point, ranging from 30 to 50 feet and extending down the North shore of Bradleys.  Copelands bay reports margins on the north shore ranging from 20-30 feet.  And, point of interest, the trail cam Clay has captured a picture of a bear.
