The narrows today. On the S side we have open water on each side of the
quad tracks, on the north side its starting to reach out and sneak
toward the crossing. I’m thinking we are off the ice, our approach
opened up about a foot overnight, appears the water level rose a bit
with the rain and melt. We still can access at the CAMP building off
the beach, quad parked out back, but with the culvert flowing wide open
this can change at any time. A report from the NE side of the lake is
that the ice is still attached to shore.
